Order Processing
Custom Covers and Made-to-Order Products
All of our covers are made to order, with production beginning once your order is finalized. The manufacturing process typically takes up to 21 business days.
In some cases, additional time may be required to confirm specifications, finalize custom details, or clarify special requests. Once your cover is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you require faster production, we offer a Rush Production Service for an additional fee of €99. This reduces the production time to approximately 5 business days. Please note that this service applies to production only and does not affect shipping transit times. If available, this option will be shown during checkout.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Orders for non-custom, in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Regions
Kindly note that shipping fees are not included in the product prices. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added during checkout based on the selected product.
We currently ship throughout the European Union.
If you require shipping outside the EU, please contact us at info@spacoverlabs.com before placing your order. We will be happy to provide a shipping quotation and advise you of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in your destination country.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping across the European Union.
Current shipping rates are:

These rates include standard freight delivery within the European Union.
No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged after checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing, for example, for deliveries outside the EU or to remote islands requiring special freight arrangements.
Oversized Items
Due to the size of our products, Swim Spa Covers are shipped in multiple packages:
- Standard & Large Swim Spa Covers: 2 boxes
- Extra Large Swim Spa Covers: 3 boxes
Our shipping rates already take these packaging requirements into account.
Shipping Partners
Due to the size of our products, many orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers using LTL (Less Than Truckload) services.
Tracking information will be provided; however, updates may be less frequent than with standard parcel services.
Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number during checkout, as the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

EU: approximately 4–6 weeks
For non-custom products, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery
All orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout, typically curbside or to the front entrance of the delivery address.
Please note that freight carriers are not able to deliver inside your home or to specific installation areas, such as a backyard, terrace, or pool area.
