1.Where Should You Measure?

Measure from the outer edge of the acrylic shell.

Measure from the outer edge of the raised rim.
Measure from the outer edge of the raised rim to ensure the skirt seals correctly.

Choose a skirt length that matches your spa height for full coverage and a perfect fit.
2.Measurement Guide
Take these three measurements for a perfect-fitting replacement cover.
Measure in centimetres (cm) and round to the nearest centimetre.
3.Corner Radius Guide
The corner radius determines how rounded your spa corner is.
The corner radius is the distance from the centre of a circle to its edge, defining your spa corner's curve.
Place the printable template on your spa corner and match it to the closest radius (cm).
If your corner falls between two sizes, choose the smaller radius.
Always measure the outside corner radius for the best fit.

4.Skirt Length Guide
The skirt hangs vertically from the edge of the spa cover.
HOW TO MEASURE SKIRT LENGTH
Measure from the top of the acrylic shell (or rim) to where the skirt should end.
A correctly sized skirt improves the seal and helps reduce heat loss.
For built-in spas, match the skirt length to the visible acrylic shell height.
This ensures proper coverage and a perfect fit.
RECOMMENDED SKIRT LENGTHS
MOST POPULAR: 15 CMIf unsure, choose the shorter skirt for the best fit.

How accurate do my spa measurements need to be?
Measure in centimetres and round to the nearest cm. A 1–2 cm difference usually won't affect the fit, but the closer your measurements, the better the seal.
How do I measure the corner radius?
Print the radius template at 100% scale, place it on your spa corner, and match it to the closest arc. If your corner falls between two sizes, choose the smaller radius.
Can I upload photos for measurement help?
Yes. Send photos of your spa or existing cover with your measurements, and we'll verify the dimensions, corner radius and installation type.
Should I measure my spa or my existing cover?
Measure your existing cover if it fits well and keeps its shape. If it's warped or misshapen, measure the spa's acrylic shell instead.
Do you make replacement covers for swim spas?

What if my measurements don't match the database?
Spa dimensions can vary between production years. Update the pre-filled dimensions in the configurator, or send us your measurements and photos for verification before production.
