Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to every order placed through this website by a customer (“you”) with SpaCoverLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment your order is confirmed.

2. Who we are

SpaCoverLabs is operated by Baltz & Partners Kft., registered at 7300 Komló, Templom tér 1., Hungary, company registration number 02-09-086042, EU VAT number HU23150869.

3. Our products

Every cover is made to measure based on the dimensions and options you provide in the configurator. Because each cover is produced individually to your specification, it is a custom-made product.

Product images, renders and configurator diagrams are illustrative. Colours and textures may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen.

4. Placing an order

After you complete the configurator and submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and options you submit. We recommend following our measuring guide carefully, as a custom cover is produced to the figures you provide.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Production and delivery

Production begins once your order and payment are confirmed. Estimated production and delivery times are shown during the order process and are indicative, not guaranteed dates.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your cover on arrival and report any transport damage promptly.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. As our covers are custom-made to your measurements, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

8. Warranty and conformity

Our covers carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal domestic use.

It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear such as gradual fading.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at info@spacoverlabs.com and we will work to resolve it quickly.

As an online seller in the EU, we also point you to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

11. Privacy and data

We process personal data in line with the GDPR. How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country], without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
